Cheese Tortellini with meat Sauce

 

Ingredients:

Frozen Cheese Tortellini

Ragu

Diced Tomatoes

Onions

Lean Ground Beef

Cottage Cheese

Basil

Worcestershire Sauce

Shredded Mozzarella

Garlic

Oregano 

 

Directions:

Cook tortellini as directed.

Cook onion and ground beef through.

Add ragu, diced tomatoes, garlic, Worcestershire , oregano, basil, simmer as long as your patience can handle.  (10 min?)

Combine all ingredients in casserole dish, top with cheese. Bake at 350* until cheese is golden brown.

Easy Steak N Gravy

Ingredients:

Steak

Beef Gravy

Can of Cream of Mushroom

Minced Onion

Egg Noodles

 

Directions:

Throw everything in slow cooker. Shred steak. Serve over noodles!

Carolyn's Chili

 

 

Ingredients:

Lean Ground Beef

Onion

Canned Diced Tomatoes

1 Packet Taco Seasoning

1 Packet Ranch Seasoning

Can of Corn

Can of Red Kidney Beans

Can of Black Beans

Small Can of Tomato Sauce

Noodles

Extras:

Sour Cream

Shredded Cheese

Crackers

 

 
 

 



Directions:

Boil noodles.

Cook onion and ground beef.

Add rest of ingredients into pot and simmer.

Meatballs and Beans

 

Ingredients:

Onion

Onion Soup Mix

Green Beans (I used garden fresh, this time!)

Gravy

Meatballs

 

Directions:

Add a few tablespoons of water to a pan, and cook beans and onions for about 10 minutes.

Add gravy and onion soup mix, cook for 10-ish more minutes.

Add meatballs (thawed.)

Chicken Pepper Pasta

Ingredients:

Chicken

Pasta

Bell Peppers

Onion

Tomatoes

Canned Diced Tomatoes

Carrot Shreds

Salt

Basil

Parsley

Directions:

Boil Pasta.

Sauté peppers, carrots and onions.

Add chicken and cook through.

Add all ingredients to casserole dish and bake at 350* for 20-30 minutes.

Cheese-Stuffed Italian Meatloaf

Let's start by mentioning that whenever I make meatloaf, I make "mini-meatloaves" in a muffin tin. they cook more quickly and are good for portioning.
Ingredients:
Lean ground beef (If you don't use extra lean, you wouldn't be able to use the muffin tin.)
Egg
Oats
Spaghetti Sauce
Worcestershire Sauce
Basil
Parsley
Oregano
Onion Soup Mix
Dried Minced Onion (not necessary, but I'm obsessed.)
Mozzarella
String cheese (or cubed mozzarella)
Directions:
Mix everything together but cheeses.
Wrap 1 inch cubes of cheese inside meat mixture.
Top with spaghetti sauce and shredded cheese.
Bake for 35 minutes at 350*.
 
Would be great served with spaghetti as well!
