Cheese-Stuffed Italian Meatloaf

Let's start by mentioning that whenever I make meatloaf, I make "mini-meatloaves" in a muffin tin. they cook more quickly and are good for portioning.
Ingredients:
Lean ground beef (If you don't use extra lean, you wouldn't be able to use the muffin tin.)
Egg
Oats
Spaghetti Sauce
Worcestershire Sauce
Basil
Parsley
Oregano
Onion Soup Mix
Dried Minced Onion (not necessary, but I'm obsessed.)
Mozzarella
String cheese (or cubed mozzarella)
Directions:
Mix everything together but cheeses.
Wrap 1 inch cubes of cheese inside meat mixture.
Top with spaghetti sauce and shredded cheese.
Bake for 35 minutes at 350*.
 
Would be great served with spaghetti as well!
