Bacon "Bourbon" Meatloaf

Disclaimer: I used half ground bear meat and half lean ground beef. It would likely taste exactly the same if you use all ground beef.

 

Ingredients:

Ground Beef

Ground Bear

Onion Soup Mix

Oats

Ketchup

Hoisin Sauce

Bacon (Precooked and chopped)

Egg

 

Directions:

Mix everything together.

I make mine in muffin tins for a perfect portion size.

Mix together ketchup and hoisin sauce (more than what you put in the meat mixture) and spread generously on top of each loaf-let. Sprinkle bacon on top. Bake at 350* for about 45 minutes.
