Ingredients:
Egg Noodles
Chicken
Cream of Chicken
Cream Cheese
Vegetables
Cheese
Ranch Seasoning
Directions:
Cube and cook chicken, with ranch seasoning.
In separate pan, mix everything else (but noodles.)
Serve all together.
