Stuffed Manicotti



Ingredients:
Manicotti Noodles
Ground Beef
Onion, diced
Spaghetti Sauce (I use Ragu, use whatever or make your own!)
Shredded Mozzarella
Cottage Cheese
Diced Tomatoes
Parsley, Basil, Oregano
Garlic
Worcestershire Sauce

Directions:
Boil water for pasta.
Sauté diced onions.
Add ground beef and garlic. Cook through.
Add spaghetti sauce, diced tomatoes, spices, and Worcestershire sauce.
Separate 1/3 of the meat sauce.
Mix remaining meat sauce with shredded mozzarella and cottage cheese.
Spread a bit of sauce on the bottom of a dish.
Stuff each noodle with meat sauce and lay in dish.
Cover with remaining sauce mix.
Top with shredded mozzarella.
Bake 350* for about 45 minutes.
